Seafood Spaghetti

  • 10-12 bijik tomato(for paste)
  • 3 bijik tomato(diced)
  • 1 senduk sos tomato
  • 1 bijik bawang besar(diced)
  • 1/2 bijik paprika merah(diced)
  • 1/2 bijik paprika kuning(diced)
  • 1/2 bijik paprika hijau(diced)
  • Clam
  • Squid
  • Prawn
  • 3 sudu oyster sauce
  • basil leaves
  • oregano leaves
  • salt and sugar to taste
Method
  • Boiled water.Cut the end of the tomato into '+' shape.And then put into the boiling water for 1-2 minutes.After that move the tomatos into icy water.Peeled it and then using your hand,crushed the tomatos to make tomato paste.
  • Heat olive oil into a pot.Boil down onion and paprikas.
  • After the onion and paprikas become a little bit dry,put oyster sauce,diced tomatos oregano and basil..depends on your likely.
  • Pour tomato paste and tomato sauce. Put clams and squids and prawns. Cook until simmered. Salt and sugar to taste.
