Cream Puffs

cream puff..i used kak nina's recipe for this version

Cream Puff (kak nina)

130 gm Tepung Serbaguna
1/2 sudu teh Garam
100 gm Mentega
2 biji Telur (Gred A)
250 ml Air

Method

1. Mentega, Garam, Air disatukan dalam periuk dan dimasak hingga mendidih.
2. Kemudian, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan gaulkan hingga menjadi doh. Kacau cepat2.
3. Kemudian, masukkan adunan tadi ke dalam mixer dan putar hingga sejuk.
4. Masukkan telur satu persatu, teruskan kacau.
5. Adunan tadi diisi ke dalam piping bag dan dipaip menggunakan nozzle star.
6. Bakar selama 30-40 minit pada suhu 170'C sehingga masak (atau sehingga kilat2 pada permukaan puff tadi hilang)

Cream Puff (allrecipes)

90g butter
190ml water
1g salt
100g all purpose flour
3 eggs

Method

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius (as for my case i had to lower the temperature)
2. In a large pot, bring water and butter to boil. Stir in flour and salt untul the mixture form a ball.
3. Transfer dough to moxing bowl. Beat eggs one at a time. Mix them well.
4. Drop a tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

** lepas beberape kali mencube...baru menjadik respi cream puff kat atas...so cik bawang tenung2 balik...cream puff kat atas nih jadik deflat lepas dikeluarkan dari oven bile cik bawang dok bukak tutup oven dan terus keluarkan die dari oven lepas dah masak..so cik bawang rase..
.jgn lah dibukak tutup pintu oven tuh while baking..dan lepas dah masak..biarkan dlu seketika dalam oven...kalu deflat jugak..nnt kite same2 cube lg sampai die kembang

Best eaten with custard cream, whipping cream or ice cream..As for my case...i used whipping cream..easier to prepare
